Yes. Both plans include the complete bot system, specialist bot templates, routines, handoffs, approvals, and the hosted computer. The difference is computer capacity.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
The 8 GB computer suits a focused bot team and a steady workflow. The 12 GB computer gives more room for active bots, heavier browser work, and parallel jobs.
Is AI model usage included in the monthly price?
No. Connect a supported subscription or API key; provider usage and limits remain on that account.
Which AI subscriptions can I bring?
AuthorityMax supports eligible ChatGPT, Claude, SuperGrok, and Kimi access. You can also connect a supported provider with an API key. Provider eligibility and limits follow the plan you hold with that provider.
What does a hosted computer give the bots?
It gives them a persistent workspace with a browser, terminal, files, and retained sessions. That lets a bot work in the actual tools where the job needs to be finished.
Can a bot use a website that has no integration?
Often, yes. A bot can work through the browser like a person would. Some sites may still require a login, CAPTCHA, or human confirmation, and the bot should hand those steps back to you.
Does the work continue when my laptop is closed?
Yes. The work runs on the hosted computer, not on your laptop. Active jobs and scheduled routines can continue while your device is closed.
Will a bot publish or send something without approval?
Only if you configure that action to run without a review. You can require approval before publishing, sending email, changing spend, deleting, or taking another consequential action.
Can the bots work together on one campaign?
Yes. The Head of Content can assign work to Research, AEO, Writing, and Design bots, then hand the approved pack to the Distribution Lead with the brief and source context attached.
How many bots can I create?
Create the roles your workflow needs. The practical number working at once depends on the computer capacity and how demanding each job is.
Can I switch models or plans later?
Yes. You can change a supported model connection without rebuilding the bot's role. You can also move to the larger computer when the team needs more working capacity.
